1. All orders are fulfilled using our shipping partners (DTDC and BlueDart)

2. The package clearing is done within 1 working day.

3. Once the package is picked up by the shipping partner we do not claim responsibility of damage occurred during shipping.

4. Average Shipping Time is 2-3 Working Days.

Return and Exchange Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE

While we work to keep our platform operating, we understand there will be certain challenges. We ask for you to bare with us on delivery times and we ask at this time to hold all Exchange requests. We will review each request individually and based on our ability to arrange reverse logistics, we will determine the viability of each request.

 

We have a limited and curated collection, which means exchanging and returning is not always possible. However, in case of a genuine size exchange we will try to accommodate where possible. If we don’t have the requested size in stock, we will provide a store credit.

 

Please request a return or exchange within 7 days of your order. We can ONLY accept an exchange on a product if the box and the tags are intact and the product is not worn.

 

No Returns or Exchanges are allowed on the below category of products.

 

1. Shoe Care

 

2. Face masks, socks and inner wear (For hygiene reasons)

 

3. Magazine

 

4. Limited Quantity Products such as Jordans, Yeezy's and collabs

 

5. Markdown Products

All accepted returns will receive store credit.

 

Refunds are ONLY processed based on fulfilment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items.

Refund Processing takes 5-7 Business Days.
